Arrival in the apartment as well as departure are done autonomously using an electronic key box. All information on this subject will be transmitted (by email) to travelers as soon as the reservation is made. The invoice will be automatically sent by email on the day of departure from 12:00.

Booking conditions

By booking one or more nights in our apartments, you agree to comply with the house rules (available HERE). A security deposit of €500 will also be requested by email (a non-debited bank imprint). The deposit will be released upon the guest(s)' departure, in accordance with the property's house rules. Learn more

Our equipment

  Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out are fully autonomous, using an electronic key box. A personal code will be sent to you by email 24 hours before your arrival, provided that the pre check-in and the security deposit have been validated beforehand. The detailed arrival procedure will also be sent by email at the same time as the key box code.

1. Take the T4 bus line, Gare-rue verte stop (sncf)
2. Stop at the Stade Diochon stop
3. Take the F1 bus and get off at the Dufay stop (180m from the apartment)


  • By Metro (18min):


1. Take the metro from the station, direction "Technopôle SAINT-ETIENNE-DU-ROUVRAY"
2. Get off at Europe station (600m from the apartment)
