I. CONDITIONS GENERALES
  • All Guests (and all Visitors) must comply with the House Rules and any other instructions provided by the property manager, Eco-Appart Rouen during their stay.
  • Guests must inform the Property Manager of any incident or neighborhood complaint as soon as possible.
  • Travelers are asked to respect the premises and return the property in the same condition as upon arrival.
  • Upon check-in, each guest will be asked to present a valid ID for verification. This visual verification is intended to prevent fraud and ensure the safety of our guests. No personal data will be retained during this process.
II. NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD
  • Hosts are fully and in all circumstances responsible for the safety of their children as well as any disturbance caused to the neighborhood.
  • Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb residents of neighboring properties, especially during the night between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
  • Noise pollution is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the Seasonal Rental Agreement, eviction, loss of expenses incurred and deductions from the security deposit.
  • Hosts and any Visitors must not engage in any antisocial behavior. They are asked to minimize their immediate impact on the neighborhood and residents.
  • Music from external broadcasting devices (speakers, etc.) is strictly prohibited after 9:00 p.m.
III. VISITORS
  • Hosts are required to ensure that Visitors comply with the rInternal regulations.
  • Hosts wishing to invite Visitors to spend the night at the Vacation Rental Property must inform and obtain the agreement of the Property Manager at the time of booking, subject to additional charges indicated in the pricing.
  • All visitors must vacate the property by 11 p.m. (unless otherwise agreed by the property manager). Visitors present at the property after 11 p.m. will automatically be considered full guests. This may result in a revaluation of the stay price.
IV. FESTIVALS AND EVENTS
  • It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other type of large gathering in the Seasonal Rental; and
  • Any gathering in small groups (within the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation, without authorization) must be carried out in compliance with the other rules stipulated in these regulations, in particular with regard to Noise, Neighborhood and the number of Visitors authorized.
V. PARKING
  • Hosts and Visitors must comply with local parking regulations and other conditions listed below, and are asked to be considerate of neighbors and other vehicles;
  • Parking at the Seasonal Rental Property is as follows: A parking space number was sent to you on the day of your arrival (along with the key box code), this space is private and secure, it is located in an interior courtyard.
VI. WASTE AND SELECTIVE SORTING
  • Guests and their Guests are required to dispose of their rubbish and recycling in the bins provided for this purpose and in accordance with the procedure in force at the Holiday Rental Property (detailed below). Rubbish must under no circumstances be left in any public area or in the common areas; and
    Garbage and recycling must be disposed of as indicated in the apartment. We also ask that you turn off all radiators before your departure or if you plan to be away from the apartment for an extended period.
VII. SECURITY
  • Each time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, they are required to ensure that all windows and doors are closed and/or locked in order to maintain the security of the accommodation and prevent potential damage caused by rain.
  • Guests should turn off lights, air conditioning, fans, and electronic devices such as televisions when not in use to save energy.
  • Any suspected case of prostitution within or through the rental of the apartment will result in a deduction of the deposit as well as legal proceedings.
VIII. BALCONY / TERRACE
  • Guests must supervise babies and children at all times when using the balcony or terrace.
IX. TOBACCO
  • Guests are not permitted to smoke in the Vacation Rental Property (smoking is permitted on the terrace)
  • Guests must dispose of their cigarette butts properly (e.g.:in the ashtrays provided) and must not under any circumstances throw them into the grounds of the Property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
X. PETS
  • Pets are not allowed in theSeasonal Rental Property.
XI. BREAKAGE AND DAMAGE
  • Any broken items or damage must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as possible. Failure to report may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
  • To avoid breakage and damage, furniture should not be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. Please also note: Towels should not leave the property.
  • Any damage to the household linen provided will be subject to a deduction from the deposit.
XII. CAUTION
A deposit of 500 euros will be blocked (not debited) on the card number provided at the time of booking (24 hours before arrival). The deposit is released upon departure of the traveler(s) if no damage is noted upon departure of the traveler(s).
XIII. VIDEOSURVEILLANCE
In accordance with current legal requirements, a video surveillance system has been installed outside the property. The sole purpose of this system is to secure exterior access, monitor entrances and exits, prevent any attempted intrusion or malicious acts, and protect us from the organization of illegal parties, in compliance with our internal regulations and the right to privacy.
Video surveillance exclusively covers the exterior access areas to the accommodation and in no way infringes on the privacy of persons present inside the property or in private spaces. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Article L223-1 of the Internal Security Code, the persons concerned are informed of the existence of this system by clear and visible signage, indicating the existence of the video surveillance system and the contact details of the person responsible for data processing. The recorded images are kept for a period strictly necessary to achieve the security objective, not exceeding one month, except in the event of an incident justifying an extension for the purposes of a judicial investigation.
Access to the images is strictly limited to the authorized person and will only be transmitted to the competent authorities if necessary. Any person providing proof of identity may exercise their right to access images concerning them, in accordance with Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, by sending a written request to the data controller.
XIV. DEPARTURE
The following rules apply to key handover, security, cleaning, waste, etc.:
  • Please return the keys to the key box following the procedure provided.
  • Please clean and put away the dishes that have been taken out.
  • Please leave the garbage bag at the entrance (inside) of the apartment if it is full.

XVI. COMPLIANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS
  • Violation of any rule included in these Internal Regulationsconstitutes a violation of the General Conditions of Occupancy.
  • The Owner and the Manager reserve the right to terminate the occupancy permit and to evict from the Vacation Rental Property any Guest or Visitor who refuses to comply with the Internal Regulations or who causes a nuisance disturbing neighbors or other residents of the community.
