🤝 Why do we require a deposit?
We understand this step may seem inconvenient, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
We would prefer to do without it…
But after several significant damages (broken TVs, holes in walls, damaged furniture, worn bedding…), this measure became necessary.

- The deposit is to encourage respect for the property.
- Withholdings are extremely rare and only used as a last resort.
- We always prioritize travel insurance or the traveler's liability insurance.
